INITAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

To learn more about working with us, the first step is to book  an Initial Design Consult. This consultation is up to 90 minutes and is a great opportunity for us to meet and talk in detail about your project.  

 

Working together, we will create a clear project plan and discuss your expectations for our involvement. This is a chance to brainstorm ideas for transforming your home. After our discussion, we'll provide you with details on the scope of work and design fees. Taking the time upfront to clarify your goals ensures a smooth design process and successful project delivery.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

During the consultation, we will either walk through your home or review your floor plans to understand the space.

 

We will discuss your vision, preferred style, and sources of inspiration for your home. Understanding your budget and desired timelines is crucial.

 

We will take measurements and photos of each space, noting any limitations. We will also  discuss what aspects you'd like to keep and what isn't working.

Throughout the consult, I'll offer design advice and ideas to inspire your vision for your new home. Our goal is to help you create a space that reflects your style and personality, where you'll feel truly at home.

AFTER THE CONSULT: 

You will receive a detailed proposal within the next 48 hours including the scope of work, timeframe, our design process and design fees via email.

PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULT:

Before the consultation, take time to gather ideas for your project. Browse through Instagram, Pinterest, online images to create a list of inspiration. Consider the style you are drawn to and how you imagine enhancing your home.

In addition to finding design inspiration, it is important to communicate your project expectations. We will discuss key details like your budget, timeline and priorities.

 

During our meeting, we will collaborate to brainstorm ideas that will energize you for the journey ahead. Our aim is to create a home that not only reflects your personal style but also fits seamlessly with your lifestyle.

YOUR INVESTMENT:

The Initial Design Consultation usually runs for up to 90 minutes and is $250.
